When almost all clients of the consultants' clients are open 24*7, now large parts of the economy are open 24*7, why aren't the consultants themselves? In an hourly business model, this was nice in theory but impossible to implement in practice. Now, so much consultancy will become automated. The wish to outfeature other consultancy forms online will start to take root. Well, isn't it time for the consultancy webshop then? Such a webshop further enhances the firm's architecture on which to build the automated consultancy services.
If there is the possibility of ordering something online, there is a need to automate large parts of the scoping as well. More than 70 percent of B2B buyers fully define their needs before engaging with a sales representative, and almost half identify specific solutions before reaching out . It makes no sense to do all the scoping in the traditional, 'analog' way and then offer the possibility to order online.
